The Full Wedding Planning Package

The full wedding planner package is perfect for busy couples who require all the bells and whistles.

We will start with an initial consultation to truly understand your wants and needs and any styling and theme ideas you may already have. From there, using our experience, contacts, creativity and planning abilities we bring all of these elements together to deliver the wedding you envisage.

We leave the steering wheel in your hands of course, and we can adjust our services to your requirements. Further consultations and meetings will be held at your convenience to ensure communication is free flowing and you are always up to date on where we are with your wedding.

In addition to this, we liase with all of the suppliers and vendors to ensure delivery of your ideas is consistent and we take the hassle out of managing these multiple businesses, both in the run up to the wedding and on the day, ensuring you can take full advantage of this once in a life time occasion.

We will also be fully present on the day, offering co-ordination and logistics services to ensure everything runs like clock work, leaving you to enjoy yourself.

Full Wedding Planning services include:

Venue Sourcing
Supplier sourcing: including - photographer, videographer, cake, caterer, florist, hair and make-up, invites, entertainment, lighting and décor.
Decor plan.
Budget management.
Attending all consultations with suppliers.
Producing a complete minute by minute running order of the day to distribute to all suppliers.
Setting up and decorating your venue.
Being in attendance from start to finish on your wedding day to oversee everything.
Regular meetings and unlimited e-mail and phone call support

Accommodation for guests with information on the local area.
Receiving RSVPs.
Rehearsal dinners.
Post-wedding brunch.

The price of this package is usually 10-15% of your wedding budget depending on the size and logistics of your wedding. A minimum fee applies.

Partial Wedding Planning

Our Partial planning package is for those who have started with many of the planning elements of their wedding but think they still need some assistance in delivering their wedding successfully.

You can contact us at any time throughout the planning of your wedding and after an initial consultation we can see what has been planned so far and help you with the remaining aspects.

We will recommend suppliers based on your vision and budget for the wedding and then arrange all necessary meetings, which we will always attend. We will then negotiate the prices and discounts available and keep a spreadsheet of dates and costs.

For suppliers you have already booked, we will then contact them to arrange all timings and organisational aspects of the day.

Involved in this package is us helping in the set up and attendance from start to finish on the day of your wedding to ensure everything runs like clockwork and to oversee all of the arrangements.

The cost for this service is based on how much work is involved and what is left to plan.

'On the Day' Wedding Planning

If you do not live in Morzine year round, a wedding planner for the on the day logistics will be your saving grace.

This wedding package is for couples who have done most of the difficult stuff themselves but still want a professional there on the day to ensure everything goes to plan. With multiple logistical planning elements to tie in we believe this to be one of the most valuable elements of the wedding planning process.

What's included:

A week prior to the big day we will contact all of your suppliers and vendors to coordinate the timing of the day and create a running order.
2 meetings prior, one 4-6 weeks prior to the big day and one 2 weeks prior.

This package is perfect if you already have everything planned and especially if you are having a marquee/stretch tent/outdoor wedding.
We will be present on your day to assist in the set up and break down.
We will be the first port of call for any questions from suppliers and will be there in the background to ensure everything goes smoothly.
It will be the perfect stress-free day and you will be able to relax and enjoy your special day knowing that everything will go according to plan.
